Request WIN Membership
Companies interested in joining WIN are invited to submit their application for evaluation. As a selective network of independent freight forwarders, membership is subject to defined criteria, internal review, and final approval by the network.
A structured and selective approach to joining the WIN network
Membership Application Process
This form represents a preliminary request for membership in the WIN network. Applicants are invited to provide initial information about their company for review by the WIN Office. Applications are considered based on availability within each country or market.
Companies are expected to demonstrate strong operational capabilities, financial reliability, and a clear willingness to actively participate in the network. Applicants are encouraged to review the membership requirements prior to submission to ensure alignment with WIN’s standards and expectations.
Following this initial step, shortlisted applicants will be invited to proceed with a more detailed submission, including supporting documentation such as company registration documents, insurance policies, audited financial statements, and additional operational information. Upon completion of the evaluation process, applications are submitted to the WIN Board for final review and approval.
Defined standards for admission and participation
Membership Requirements
Membership in WIN is selective and subject to defined criteria. Companies applying are expected to meet the following requirements:
- Applications are generally considered for countries not yet represented within the network
- Submission of supporting documentation (company registration, ownership structure, audited financial statements, etc.)
- Commitment to actively contribute business within the network
- Willingness to participate regularly in Annual General Meetings and Global Sales Meetings
- Active engagement and support of the WIN network and its members
