A selective network built on trust and collaboration

Not Just Any Network

WIN is an exclusive network of independent freight forwarders, offering members representation within their respective country. This exclusivity ensures clear positioning, avoids internal competition, and protects the interests of each member. While in a limited number of strategic cases, additional representation may be considered to support the network’s global objectives.

The network is built on long-standing relationships, where members know and trust each other, often developed over many years of collaboration. This creates a reliable environment where communication is direct, partnerships are stable, and cooperation is consistent.

Structured model based on participation and performance

Membership Framework

WIN operates under a structured membership model based on defined criteria, performance standards, and level of participation within the network. Membership categories reflect each member’s contribution, engagement, and quality.

Membership fees are determined based on the size and economic profile of each country, ensuring a fair and balanced structure across the network.

Members benefit from a range of tools and initiatives designed to support operations, strengthen partnerships, and enhance business reliability, including:

  • Evaluation Program (EP) – measuring collaboration, activity, and overall performance across the network
  • Member Center – a dynamic platform connecting members and supporting daily interaction and cooperation
  • Financial Security & Credit Reporting – continuous monitoring through a trusted global provider, offering key financial indicators and enhanced transparency
  • Payment Insurance – protecting members against financial risk and reinforcing trust within the network
  • WIN Bill of Lading – a standardized transport document supporting consistent and secure operations
  • Freight Liability Insurance – included within the WIN BL framework, providing additional protection and operational security
