WIN Meetings: Governance, Collaboration, and Relationship Building
Where members come together to take decisions, exchange ideas, and strengthen partnerships.
A platform for decision-making, exchange, and relationship building
WIN Meetings
WIN meetings are a core part of the network, combining structured governance with active business interaction and long-term relationship building. They reflect the spirit of the network: professional, collaborative, and built on trust.
They provide a platform for members to exchange ideas, align on strategic direction, and strengthen cooperation across markets. Through regular interaction, members develop closer working relationships, enhance communication, and identify opportunities for collaboration within a structured and reliable environment.
The central gathering of the WIN network
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Annual General Meeting is the most important event of the network and represents its highest decision-making authority. As a member-driven association, all structural, financial, and strategic decisions are taken collectively during the AGM.
Held once per year and hosted in rotation across regions, the AGM brings together members from around the world in one location. It provides a structured environment for governance, exchange, and collaboration.
The AGM typically includes:
- Governance sessions, including Board elections and key decisions
- Strategic discussions and network development topics
- Bilateral meetings between members
- Presentations, working sessions, and project updates
- Social activities fostering stronger personal relationships
Professional, yet personal
A Unique Environment
WIN meetings are known not only for their efficiency and structure, but also for the strong relationships they foster. The combination of formal sessions and informal interaction creates an environment where members build trust, exchange ideas, and develop long-term partnerships.
Flexible gatherings supporting ongoing collaboration
Regional & Ad Hoc Meetings
In addition to the AGM, members may organize regional or smaller-scale meetings throughout the year. These gatherings allow for more focused discussions, closer cooperation within specific markets, and continued engagement between members.
They complement the AGM by maintaining momentum, strengthening regional ties, and supporting day-to-day business development within the network.
